Terms & Condition of Service:

These terms outline the agreement between Crystal Cable Network and the subscriber:

--- Subscriber Identification: The subscriber has to provide the necessary documents and information to establish the subscriber's identification, legal status, and business capacity. Crystal Cable Network shall have the right to examine the same. Crystal Cable Network shall have the right to temporarily disconnect, suspend, or terminate the services for giving any false information by the subscriber in any document or otherwise, including on the subscription form. Suppose there is any change in the information provided earlier.

--- Service Timeline: Crystal Cable Network shall provide the services to the subscriber within the agreed timeline. However, in case of any delayed support, Crystal Cable Network will notify the subscriber as soon as it is reasonably practicable.

--- Ownership: Crystal Cable Network retains ownership of provided connections and equipment. of contact as provided by the Institute to confirm payment.

--- Payments: Timely payments are required to avoid service disconnection.

--- Data Privacy and Security: While Crystal Cable Network implements security measures, subscribers are encouraged to use their own security software.

--- Connection Fee: Determined by package, type, and location; subject to change by Crystal Cable Network.
